All sales are final. Due to the customized nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
2. Custom Orders
Once a custom order (e.g., custom websites, banners, business cards, t-shirts) has been approved by the client and production has commenced, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs and samples before production. Any errors identified after approval are the responsibility of the client.
3. Digital Products and Services
All digital products and services, including but not limited to website design and development, are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
Clients must ensure that all provided materials and content are accurate and complete before the project begins.
